Rachel Meacheam

Rachel began teaching over twenty five years ago while still raising her own children, inspired by a passion for establishing Christian childcare centres where every child feels known, valued, and encouraged to thrive. For more than two decades she has led and nurtured the team at Alphabet Academy Childcare Centres, where her leadership and vision have helped shape a culture of warmth, excellence, and Christian Based care.

As a Nan of seven of her own grandchildren, Rachel is known for her child-centred approach and her ability to see beyond behaviour to the heart of each child. She believes in building confidence through play-based learning and providing opportunities for children to explore and discover the world around them. Her kindness, care, and commitment to quality Early Childhood Education continue to be the basis upon which Alphabet Academy operates.
